Mr. Glass has spent over 40 years in the real estate industry, primarily in the lender’s capacity. In the early-to-mid 1980s, he served in significant operational positions in both Federal court trusteeships and State court receiverships, all involving lenders. These experiences provided opportunities to work with attorneys and the courts to resolve complex distressed real estate issues and, ultimately, permitted Mr. Glass to liquidate assets on behalf of estates. He has been active in the thrift industry as a direct lender, broker and servicer, and has negotiated loan portfolio acquisitions and sales. He has worked extensively with auditors and regulatory agencies’ staff. He has been a principal in a number of brokerage companies that both originated loans and market-ed real estate.
Focuses on sourcing prospective loan origination and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Quintal graduated from Boston University in 1989. He has been in the real estate industry since 1992. From 1992 through 1999 Mr. Quintal worked as a Loan Originator until starting his own mortgage company, Century City Mortgage in 1999. Throughout his tenure at Century City Mortgage, Mr. Quintal has extensive experience in all disciplines of mortgage lending including multifamily, residential rental, commercial, and construction loans on behalf of both private and institutional lenders. Mr. Quintal has also worked with Mr. Allen Glass during the previous fourteen years placing private loans on office, industrial, and single and multi-family residential properties.
